Janine Waldman MSc FCIPD
Founder and Director of J9W, Janine has over 25 years of experience in executive coaching and training, plus a wealth of expertise in consultancy and organisational development.
She holds a master’s degree in HR from the London School of Economics and is a visiting lecturer on post-graduate HRD and leadership programmes at Birkbeck and Westminster Universities. Janine is passionate about designing and delivering development interventions that engage individuals, tapping into their potential and enabling them to achieve the extraordinary.
Before starting her own business in 2002, Janine held senior HRD positions in both the UK and New Zealand. She specialises in working with organisations to bring about positive change and implementing constructive and resourceful ways of working, with a broad client base including Abbey, John Laing, Imperial College, DAL Industries (Sudan), Benevalent AI (Biotech) , Ocado and The Australian High Commission.
Janine writes expert comment articles for the media and is co-author of Positively Speaking: The Art of Constructive Conversations and The Resilience Pocketbook.
Paul O’Sullivan MA MCIPD
Following an extensive corporate career as a senior Human Resource and Development practitioner for such blue chip companies as Bovis/P&O, EMI and Prudential, Paul established his own HR consultancy in 1993.
Since then he has worked extensively with companies large and small, across the full range of business sectors in the UK, US, Europe and the Far East. His contribution has extended from support to executive boards on strategic, policy and organisational design issues through to day-to-day operational advice and delivery across the full spectrum of HRD specialisms
His strongly commercial approach, and his ability to engage and build rapport readily has enabled him to establish real credibility with senior management.
Over recent years Paul has further deploying his skills in delivering highly pertinent and pragmatic executive coaching. Paul’s commercial pragmatism and easy, yet incisive style is backed by a business degree and MA from the University of Warwick
Dr Jill Andreanoff
With over 17 years’ experience of developing and delivering successful training and development programmes,
Jill specialises in leadership development, coaching, mentoring, mediation and dealing with challenging members of staff.
Having previously been employed as Head of the Coaching & Mentoring Unit at the University of Hertfordshire, and as a lecturer on their Occupational Psychology masters programme, Jill currently works as a consultant. She delivers bespoke training for a variety of organisations and has coached numerous senior management and academic leaders over the past ten years. She achieved her masters in Coaching & Mentoring Practice in 2006 and Doctorate in 2015
Whilst trained in a number of techniques such as solutions focus, personal construct psychology, NLP, CBT mediation and conflict resolution, Jill uses the approach that best suits the individual or organisational need.. A frequent contributor to academic journals and presenter at national conferences she is also author of ‘Coaching & Mentoring: A step by step guide to exemplary practice’
